"If you like being ghosted after being a dedicated client for almost 10 years, this is now the place for you. I have been here for almost 10 years now and have always had a pleasant experience with great pricing and responsive staff until recently. I attempted to call on a friday morning to advise them to remove a vehicle that I sold from my policy and was unable to get ahold of anyone which is understandable. I called back around lunch time, then an hour before closing and still no answer. I left a voicemail and texted the number (Per the StateFarm App). I never got a call or text back the following week and sent a follow up email advising the above information. Keeping in mind the vehicle I got rid of is over 400 a month to ensure so this is alot of money to budget for the month. I ended up getting someone at the main 1-800 number who was finally able to assist me with removing the vehicle for my policy and would leave a note for the office to contact me and follow up to advise what my new monthly cost would be for coverage for my other vehicle and house. I never got any follow up from their note to call me or the calls, texts, and emails from more than a month before this. I sent another email explaining that I was livid at the lack of communication as this was never the case in the past. I still got no reply. I finally got ahold of a female employee he offered no apology, explanation, or follow up for what occurred. I inquired as to what my new monthly payment, refund from the month before, and why the coverage on my 26 year old Ford Taurus has more than tripled in 5 years despite not one claim on my policy. The employee advised that she recommended me look for policies and get quotes for other insurance companies. Either this employee simple does not care about it's clients and/or she remembered my emails where I was very dissatisfied and disturbed by the lack of communication by the office. I feel abandoned by my agent, and I still cannot get anyone to follow up with me as to what my monthly payments will be, and review my coverage. I am still in shock and disbelief compared to when I first switched over. Bottom line, if you like being ghosted by your insurance agent, and when you can get someone on the phone deal with someone who has the personality of a brick wall, this is the place for you. It has now been 2 and a half months and I still have not had a phone call, text message, or email back follow up with me."

We recognize this has impacted our response times. We take responsibility for the communication breakdown and are actively working to correct this. Historically, we're extremely proud of the service we provide, reflected in our 5-star rating based on over 400 Google reviews. If you feel with all things considered that another provider would be a better fit for your needs, we completely respect that decision and we wish you the best moving forward. Lastly, this review doesn’t include a name so we’re having difficulty identifying your account and the exact situation.
