"Very poor at answering phone calls and questions. Would highly recommend not using this insurance agency. We had a major car accident and home damage all within the same month and couldn't get any help or them to even to return our phone calls when we needed help. Very disappointing as we have had great insurance agents in other cities for 10+ years"

I want to state for the record that in 13 years of owning this Agency, serving thousands of customers and currently achieving 347, Five Star Google reviews... Your One Star review is one of less than 5 total! I take this extremely serious and spent time review the notes and activity on your account regarding the recent claims. We in fact documented returning your phone calls from my Agency. The latest being the day you wrote this review in which you answered and told us you were busy; but you would call us back. That never happened and you then requested to transfer to another State Farm Agency that day. Regardless of the accuracy of your review, we still respect your decision to transfer Agencies. taht is your right as a State farm customer. If however, your frustrations were due to State Farm Claims Dept not meeting your expectations, such as returning calls promptly or the process becoming more complex then preferred. That can be the nature of Claims with any Carrier and in fact, this One Star review is inaccurate regarding my Agency. Again, we appreciate the feedback but want to state for the record as other customers use these reviews to make very important Insurance provider decisions. Again, thank you for the review and the feedback, but we stress to others reading this in the future that review accuracy is of the upmost important. "I have been with State Farm for 7 years, through multiple agents, and I have never had issues with any of them like I have had with Josh Shaul and his office. For about the last two months I have been getting the work-around and no communication or honesty about why they decided to hike my rates in the middle of my auto policy. Their customer service is atrocious. I have been hung up on, put on hold excessively, and passed from person to person. I gave up and will no longer be insuring through these people. Beware. Go find another State Farm agent."

Hence I am catching up on review reponses now. Nevertheless, we take your feedback on the customer service experience very seriously and want to learn form this. I will not challenge this feedback although I would say there are notes on your account of attempting to assist you despite a rather unpleasant attitude towards our office. That doesn't discount your feedback, just shares some light on the context of the experience both ways. Also, we have zero control over rate increases in this super inflationary environment. EVERYONE's rates have increased significantly in the past 24 months. Rate increases are not personal or related to anything else you referenced in your feedback. Inflation is part of everyday life right now. Just want to state all of this for the record as customers rely on the accuracy of reviews to make important buying decisions.
